this is not a bad position however I think your shoulders are shifted to far forward over your hands. Therefore your hip flexor and Quad want load properly. if you notice in the next frame you'll drop your hips back to down and back to push-off.

if you notice in this frame as I mentioned before you've now dropped back and loaded and in this frame you shoulders and arms are properly aligned and you've loaded the hip-flexor and Quad.

at this point you are lifting the arms off the line. instead you should be aggressively ripping the left arm back and sweeping the right forward just as aggressively.
