The line indicates where the foot should land, yours appears to be landing a little too far infront of you causing a breaking action on each stride.  with the arms you can see how by dropping the arms at the elbow and straightening them it causing your shoulders (rectangle)to rotate un-necessarily to the left thus twisting your upper body.  This causes all of your power to go side to side and not straight down the track, Remember arms at 90 degrees and hands go to the eye and hip.

try not let the drive leg get away from you too much, heel to bum.

try to get a camera angle more from the side and follow you that way to better observe your strides. All in all you seem to have good power just relax more and used the shoulders....relaxed power and arms at 90 degrees. the only thing that you should think of during a sprint are is your arm  action.
